It is AI training for employees in which each person works on their own tasks, with the tools the company already uses.
Under Article 4 of the AI Act, providers and deployers of AI systems must take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff. The workshop is one such measure, and the company receives a written record of who took part and what was covered.

Over two weeks of AI consultancy for small businesses, we hold short interviews with the people who do the work and deliver a written plan with the 3 to 5 tasks most worth automating, each with an estimate of time and cost.
If you go ahead with a build within 60 days, the diagnostic is credited against it.

Each level covers more tools and gives the team more help than the one before, and we agree which one on the call.
